It's good to have these chicken breasts in the freezer as they save searching for a free range product at shorter notice. They are an ideal size for two meals, being a generous size. Unlike supermarket chicken, they are full of taste.
The best tasting salmon fillets yet. Such a quick midweek meal and so tasty. We had ours with steamed green beans and potatoes. Simple and delicious.
