At one of our fetes we offered these burgers as tasters and they received incredible reviews. Then we added them to our Fish BBQ Mix, and our customers starting shouting for whole boxes of them. So we listened - and here they are!
Two different types with different seasonings. You can have a mix of 10 of each, or a whole box of one flavour.
Lemon & Garlic Salmon and Basa Burgers
Our famous Atlantic Salmon fillets, mixed with Basa Fillets, finished with a wonderful Lemon and Garlic Seasoning.
Ingredients: Pink Salmon (FISH) (63%), Basa (FISH) (31%), Lemon & Garlic Seasoning (Maize Starch, Sugar, Spices (Black Pepper, Cumin), Thickened E464, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Yeast Extract, Herbs (Coriander Leaf, Parsley), Crushed Chilli, Lemon Peel Granules, Lemon Powder, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid).
Allegens in bold. These are gluten & dairy free.
Thai Green Salmon and Basa Burgers
Our famous Atlantic Salmon fillets mixed with Basa Fillets, finished with a wonderful Thai style seasoning.
Ingredients: Pink Salmon (FISH) (63%), Basa (FISH) (31%), Thai Green Seasoning (Sugar, Maize Starch, Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Extract, maltodextrin, Dairy MILK protein), Onion Powder, Dextrose, Salt, Garlic Powder, Basil, Coriander, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Lemongrass, Green Bell Pepper, Lime Oil, Natural Flavouring, Spice Extract, Anti-Caking Agent E551).
Allergens are in bold. These are gluten free.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for 12-14 minutes. Or chuck them on the BBQ until cooked (63 degrees centigrade on the food probe)

Returns
Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. All products must be returned to us frozen. We do not offer refunds. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.
