Mahi-Mahi is a lean, firm whitefish. It's quick and easy to cook without falling apart. Popularly grilled or baked, Mahi-Mahi isn't too fishy but still has great flavour. Its milder, semi-sweet taste makes it an excellent choice for a variety of seasonings and dishes. It's also really good for you, as it's an excellent source of healthy, lean protein, Mahi-mahi is also rich in Niacin, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus, and Selenium.

Thanks to Katie, one of our Gold members who encouraged us to bring this on, tried it and said how good it is! She suggests a Caribbean style dish with jerk seasoning, served with rice and peas.

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.
