🐟 Delivery Information

Not going to be home? No problem.
We pack every order in our high-performance insulated boxes, designed to keep your food fresh until you return — even if you're out for the day. We can use the box and insulation again, and it is cost effective for us to receive two back at once. If you are happy to hold onto a box, we will send you a return label once you have 2 boxes so you can get them back to us for reuse. Otherwise, please feel free to recycle the materials.

Free delivery for all Fish Club members for orders over £60.

Not a member?

Orders under £175: Delivery charge applies. The more food, the cheaper the delivery.

Orders over £175: Delivery is free (unless a different discount code is used — only one can be applied per order).

📦 How Delivery Works

Please select your delivery date in the cart. You will receive a text message on the morning of the delivery with a more precise time. 

Prefer to collect from our West Sussex warehouse? That’s free too — just contact us first to schedule, or select "Store Pick Up" in the cart.

📍 Important Delivery Notes

Make sure your address is clearly signed — we can't take responsibility for failed delivery attempts due to unclear locations.

If you won’t be home, please leave safe place instructions for the driver.
While couriers typically leave parcels without instruction, there have been rare cases where they don’t — leading to a next-day redelivery. We cannot add instructions after dispatch, so please set them up in advance.
