All Naturally Smoked Locally, here you'll find none of that dirty dye anywhere. A fantastic taste, and best done literally on its own, with a bit of butter, baked from frozen. This has had all its bones removed, with one side of the skin.
Also great in a fish pie, and of course you could make a Kedgeree. Yummy!

Returns
Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. All products must be returned to us frozen. We do not offer refunds. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.Â
