At home decorating and door bell rings. Chap named Tom selling fish!
Who would’ve thought that it would be so amazing. Prawns awesome defrost, no smell taste so fresh. Barramundi better than a Sea Bass and big enough to share. Dusted Haddock filets are fantastic as cook from frozen.
Look we love fish, but seriously a chap in a van has transformed our diet and daily menu. It’s that good that it’s now the go-to for entertaining friends. If Tom knocks your door, take 10 mins and have a look at the contents of the van!!

For those of you who don't recognise this fish, it's amazing with fabulous flavour, firm texture and great sized portions. It's become our favourite - previously turbot, which is an accolade in itself.

Our barramundi fillets arrived beautifully packaged in dry ice, so still frozen. They're bigger than the small fillets we ate in Queensland on our recent holiday so we shared one and there was plenty to go round. Just as tasty as we remembered, looking forward to treating ourselves in the New Year to more goodies from Tom!

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Tom the Fish, and I must say, the experience has been absolutely delightful. Growing up in Sydney, Australia, surrounded by the freshest seafood, I developed a deep appreciation for fish, especially Barramundi. So, when I came across Tom the Fish and learned that they offer Australian Barramundi, I was overjoyed!
Having searched tirelessly for authentic Australian Barramundi in England, I was thrilled to find a supplier that met my expectations. I placed an order without hesitation and eagerly awaited its arrival.
When the day of the family dinner arrived, I couldn't contain my excitement. I prepared the Barramundi and served it with succulent prawns on top, accompanied by a creamy lemon butter sauce and a variety of vegetables. As I took my first bite, it was as if I had been transported back to my childhood in Australia. The taste of home was indescribable.
But the true magic happened when I witnessed the reactions of my loved ones. For my English father-in-law, it was a nostalgic trip down memory lane, reminding him of the times he had enjoyed Barramundi during his visits to Australia. My mother-in-law and husband finally had the opportunity to try the fish that had been the subject of countless stories from my father-in-law. And even our 6-year-old son, who can be quite picky when it comes to food, couldn't get enough of it.
I am beyond grateful to Tom the Fish for providing us with the opportunity to share such a memorable and meaningful meal. Their commitment to sourcing authentic Australian Barramundi sets them apart from the rest. I am already planning my next purchase and will undoubtedly be a regular customer.
If I could give Tom the Fish more than 5 stars, I would. Their dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and bringing a taste of home to those far away is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend Tom the Fish to anyone in search of exceptional seafood.
