Cook three ways from frozen!

Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees (fan 200). Place burgers on a baking tray and cook in the middle part of the oven for about 23-25 minutes

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180 degrees and fry for 11-13 minutes. Drain well before serving.

Air Fry: Set air fryer to 180 degrees and cook for 18-20 minutes.

Ingredients - allergenic ingredients are in bold: Haddock (fish) (60%), fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), rapeseed oil, maize flour, wheat starch, flavour enhancer, monosodium glutamate, salt, yeast extract, garlic powder, onion powder, spices (turmeric, cayenne, chilli), stabiliser: triphosphates, raising agents: ammonium carbonates, diphosphates, sodium carbonates, palm oil, dextrose, black pepper extract, yeast, flavouring.

First class fish burger

New line and definitely a burger rather than a cake. These haddock burgers are moist, full of flavour and perfect in a bun with a little mayo and a side of fries and salad. I cooked them in the air fryer for a perfect result. One is adequate per head and will certainly become a family favourite.
