These prawns are so handy, they defrost so quickly and don't need any preparation, so can be thrown into anything! They are a bit bigger than supermarket cooked prawns and taste great.
We have enjoyed the lemon sole fillets - easy to cook, easy to digest.
The giant crevettes were amazing! Cooked them on the bbq and served with garlic butter.
John is the big fan of tuna, and he says the tuna loins are VERY good
