Just had some for breakfast. I had frozen them when they arrived and defrosted overnight. The fillets are huge and taste amazing, much better than the supermarket and very ecomical.
Excellently packed and presented. Cooking instructions included, and the taste and texture were both beyond reproach. Frankly superb!

Now our deliveries are in a big box we now split the pack up into meal sized quantities which pack muck better into the freezer. Our latest delivery was up to the usual delicious standard and they never disappoint.
