tom promised that there would be no reduction in quality from the defrosting process, no 'freezer burn' etc and he was right! The fillets were delicious; I made one of my favourite recipes and it was as good as when I used non-frozen sea bass

The cod loins are just perfect with a lovely taste & texture. As with the salmon, the quality really is superior to any fish you will find in supermarkets. I'm definitely going to order more & I've been passing this on to friends & family. Highly recommended.
