Just prepared a fairly mild prawn curry using these king prawns. I did defrost them beforehand to be able to judge cooking time more accurately as they don’t respond well to overcooking. Honestly this was the best ever! The king prawns were so succulent, beating any restaurant curry ever eaten. Another winner; thank you Tom.
Scallops and prawns are super - and then I saw that you do Lobster tails 😁😁
The loins are very meaty in density, I pan fried mine with tomatoes, herbs etc and it was delicious
