Absolutely gorgeous. Nice portion size & the lemon & parsley in the dusting, lifts the flavour. Works as well with "chips" as it does with a more traditional meal & sauce..
I used this steak 🥩 for some Chinese cooking sometimes, it’s amazingly nice. Tender and full of flavour
