We want to encourage people to try new products without the burden of paying for something you don't like.

So, if you haven't enjoyed a product we offer a quibble-free, like for like exchange on all purchases, for food which has not been defrosted.

On the extremely odd occasion our external courier has let us down. If we have evidence of this happening we will take full liability for this and will immediately send you a replacement. Please be patient for the replacement to arrive. We may use a different courier. We do not offer refunds.
