A good mix of white and brown crabmeat. Versatile too, serve as it is with a salad, make into a spread, or if you want to make it go further squeeze out any excess liquid, mix with an equal amount of breadcrumbs, one egg, spring onion, coriander, lime zest, red hot chilli pepper and Thai seasoning. Divide into four and shallow-fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
