Delivery

Once you have placed your order we will be in contact to arrange delivery and answer any questions you may have.

We do our very best to get your food to you as soon as possible. For example, if you place your order on a Friday you are guaranteed to receive your delivery on an agreeable weekday the following week.

Your delivery should always arrive frozen, however if the food has defrosted slightly during an extensive delivery process but is still cold to the touch and has ice crystals on it, it is perfectly fine to put straight into your freezer and use when ready. This is because it hasn't fully thawed and hasn't entered any "danger zone" which is between 5 and 60 degrees. If in doubt, smell it. If it smells fresh and is still cold, it's safe. Please contact us if you suspect that food has fully thawed and been sat at room temperature for over 2 hours. This should not have happened and we will send you a replacement.

If you are not home when delivery occurs and we leave a box, we would love to reuse the box so please contact us to arrange returning this.

Returns 

We want to encourage people to try new products without the burden of paying for something you don't like. If you haven't enjoyed a product we offer a quibble-free, like for like exchange on all purchases, for food which has not been defrosted, as long as you contact us within 14 days. The food must be returned to us frozen.

On the extremely odd occasion our external courier has let us down. If we have evidence of this happening we will take full liability and will immediately send you a replacement. Please be patient for the replacement to arrive. We may use a different courier. We do not offer refunds.
