I meant to give 5 stars to my review as the Sea Bass is very good
Great flavour and good size. So much better than the supermarkets.
Really good sea bass which holds together well when pan frying. Always a favourite!
Delicious when baked on top of a layer of sliced lemons, with a spray of vine tomatoes and some capers arranged around the fish fillets, and with olive oil to lubricate.
Cook well - very tasty. No bones, as promised
