Our skinless & boneless American Monkfish is truly wonderful. Meaty, subtly sweet, dense, firm and flaky with that crab/lobster meat like texture. Rich in protein, phosphorus, vitamins B6 and B12, and selenium.
Defrost, fry for 3-4 minutes, and then roast in the oven for best results! Also great in pasta dishes.

Returns
Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days.
