We love Swordfish! Have you ever had a Swordfish curry?!

Swordfish has a firm, meaty texture and is a good source of selenium, niacin, vitamin B12, and zinc.

Our Swordfish Steaks (or Loins) are the same size as our Tuna Steaks. This is the meatiest fish we supply and is sold as a box of 10 - all pressure-packed and most probably the easiest of all our boxes to store in the freezer. Also perfect for the BBQ!

Whilst we currently source our swordfish from a fantastic source in Vietnam, don't worry there are no air miles. We get this shipped in by the pallet along with our Barramundi (which is from Australia).

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. All products must be returned to us frozen. We do not offer refunds. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.

Even better than I remembered

Year ago, I used to visit the Greek Taverna in Blackheath and my favourite dish was swordfish steaks, so when I saw Tom was offering swordfish, I thought I'd give it a go. The quality of this fish is outstanding and cooked simply on a griddle with olive oil and lemon, utterly delicious!
