📄 Subscription (Fish Club) Cancellation Policy

To cancel or amend your subscription, you must contact us directly by email.

Requests must be received at least 3 days before your next billing date to ensure changes take effect before your next order is processed. Requests received after this time may be applied to the following billing cycle.


Once an order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.


We aim to respond to all cancellation requests promptly during working hours. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, and requests are processed within these times. Requests received outside of these hours will be handled on the next working day.


If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or operational requirements.
