Duck Breasts in Marinades

These are a succulent breast of Duck, in a 48 hour Marinade. Half Chinese Plum & Half Shanghai.  I kid you not, despite the reputation which cooking Duck comes with, these really are very easy to prepare.

All the cooking instructions are supplied with all of our prepared products, so you have no need to worry - all the information you need will be tucked away nicely in your freezer with your products.

Defrost, and oven bake skin side up for 10-15 mins. Let it rest, carve & serve! We love it with rice or noodles, garnished with spring onions.
