Locally sourced Duck Breast, marinated in Orange & Basil. Accompanied with fruits in a rich blackberry & port sauce.

Cooking instructions: Remove duck from sachet & allow to partially thaw. Remove topping and set aside. Place duck on a baking tray, put in a pre-heated oven 220C and cook for 20-25 mins. This will give a pink duck. Cook longer if brown duck is preferred. Microwave sauce pot for 30 seconds (800w).

Returns
