Fishcakes made with potato, smoked haddock and mozzarella, flecked with spring onions and coated with a crispy gluten free breadcrumb with rice flake.
Bake from frozen 200 degrees for 22 - 24 mins.
To air fry, reduce the temperature and cook for the same length of time.
