Smoked Haddock Wellingtons
Delicately smoked Haddock fillet with a cheese and spinach sauce, wrapped in a light puff pastry
Oven Bake: FROM FROZEN – Preheat oven to 200˚C/Gas Mark 6 and cook product for 35-40 minutes until pastry is crisp and fish is cooked through.

Cod Wellingtons
A portion of prime Cod filled with a Cheese, Prawn & Mushroom Sauce, wrapped in a light Puff Pastry.

Preheat the oven and the baking tray
Bake from frozen on grease proof paper - 40 mins 240 degrees (check mid way)
To air fry, reduce the temperature and cook for the same length of time.
