Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. We pack all your food safely in our beautiful boxes, with insulation and dry ice to ensure the food arrives to you as fresh as it leaves us. Our courier will deliver on an agreeable date, which we will discuss with you prior to booking in.
