Storage & Preparation

Our produce arrives with you individually portioned in flexible bags, ready to fit into your Freezer.

We ship everything frozen with Dry Ice so even if you pick up your box in the evening, everything will still be frozen (our competitors don't do this, saves them money but compromises the freshness).

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen. Preheat grill to moderate/high heat. Place product on grill rack, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
This product must be thoroughly cooked before consumption. Ensure centre of product is above 75°C

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. All products must be returned to us frozen. We do not offer refunds. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.

How do deliveries work?

We pack all your food safely in our beautiful boxes, with insulation and dry ice to ensure the food arrives to you as fresh as it leaves us. Our courier will deliver on an agreeable date, which we will discuss with you prior to booking in.

We love these butterfly chicken breasts. They make such a great fast, delicious and healthy meal. They are great with salad, veggies or in fajitas & enchiladas for the kids. We love the cajun and lemon and herb. They are also great done slowly (top shelf) on the bbq!
